Managed IT and plans

IT that is looked after, not just fixed

Our support plans are not a shopping list. They are how we deliver support: what we monitor, what we secure, and how much support is included. Three levels of cover for businesses in Durbanville and greater Cape Town.

How it works

Three steps, no surprises

We don't guess and we don't assume. We audit first, then recommend the level of cover that fits how your business actually runs.

01

Discover and plan

A hands-on audit of your current setup, your risks and how your team works. You get a costed roadmap and a practical IT strategy, not a generic checklist.

02

Choose your plan

Three levels of cover, protection and support. We help you find the one that fits rather than selling you the biggest.

03

Deliver and improve

We manage the environment proactively and review it regularly. Anything outside your plan is itemised up front so you can budget with confidence.

The audit comes first

Audit level depends on your size and complexity: basic for teams up to 10 users on a single site, typical for 10 to 50 users, complex for larger or multi-site setups. Pricing depends on your environment, so we quote it after we have looked.

Two parts, one foundation

Your licence unlocks it. Your plan switches it on.

Your Microsoft licence decides which features and security protections your business is entitled to - as with most things, you get what you pay for. Our service is what makes all of it work the way it should. Think of a CCTV system: the cameras only add value if someone is watching them. The licence is the cameras. The support plan is the watching.

01

The licence: what you are entitled to

Business Standard gives your team email, the Office apps, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive. Business Premium adds the security layer: rules about who can sign in and from where, management of company devices, and protection on links and attachments.

Neither one configures itself. A licence is a set of capabilities sitting there switched off until somebody turns them on properly.

Standard or Premium, and why it matters
02

The service: making it all work

We switch on what your licence includes, set it up properly and keep watching it: sign-in rules aligned to a recognised security benchmark, device policies applied consistently, patching that actually happens, and someone reviewing it when Microsoft changes something underneath you.

Our Standard and Premium plans are built for Business Premium environments, because that is where the tooling we manage lives. On Business Standard we secure what is there and tell you plainly what we cannot reach.

See what each plan covers
One invoice for licences and support

We are a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider, so we can supply your Microsoft licences and bill them with your plan: one invoice each month, adjusted as your team changes. Already buying direct or through another provider? We can take the licences over without disruption to your team.

Your tenant stays yours

However you buy your licences, we manage your Microsoft environment through Microsoft's own delegated access. Our access is granted by you, limited to what we actually need, time limited, and visible to you at any point. No shared administrator passwords, and nothing to unpick if you ever decide to go elsewhere.

Step two: your support plan

Three levels of cover

Every level includes round-the-clock monitoring, patching and Huntress-backed threat detection, and every level reaches the same helpdesk and the same people. What changes is how much of your Microsoft security we manage, and how much support is included in the monthly fee.

Flex

Secure foundation

Works with any Microsoft 365 licence

For small teams with straightforward IT who want the security floor properly in place, and support billed as they use it.

  • Round-the-clock endpoint monitoring
  • Operating system and third-party app patching
  • Huntress-backed 24/7 threat detection and response
  • Microsoft 365 secure baseline, aligned to CIS benchmarks
  • Microsoft 365 tenant configuration backup
  • IT documentation, asset and licence tracking

Support: remote helpdesk, billed as you use it.

Standard

Most cost effective

Built for Microsoft 365 Business Premium

For busy teams with steady, day-to-day IT needs: Business Premium configured properly, actively managed, and support included rather than billed per call.

Everything in Flex, plus:

  • Conditional Access on a CIS-aligned baseline
  • Intune device management and device security policies
  • Defender for Office 365: safe links, safe attachments, impersonation protection
  • Web filtering and visibility of cloud app usage
  • Secure Score monitoring, with configuration drift put back
  • Dark web and credential exposure monitoring

Support: unlimited remote support included.

Premium

Most popular

Built for Microsoft 365 Business Premium

For businesses that cannot afford downtime, or that have compliance obligations to meet and evidence. IT handled completely, so nobody on your team has to think about it.

Everything in Standard, plus:

  • Security settings actively optimised, not just set to a baseline
  • Secure Score actively improved and continuously monitored
  • Ongoing vulnerability scanning rather than quarterly
  • Onsite and after-hours support included, on fair use
  • User onboarding and offboarding handled for you
  • Quarterly strategic IT reviews

Support: unlimited support included, remote or onsite.

What it costs

Flex starts at R150 per device per month. Standard and Premium are built around your Microsoft licensing and the add-ons you need, so we quote those per client once the audit is done. Microsoft 365 and password manager licences are billed separately on every plan.

Every line, side by side

Where a row says "if licensed", that is the entitlement point: the capability comes from your Microsoft licence and we manage it once it is there. On Business Standard some of these simply cannot be switched on.

The guaranteed response time is the longest you would ever wait for a real person to pick a ticket up, during business hours of 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. Most tickets are picked up well inside it, and anything urgent is prioritised by impact on every plan. Unlimited support covers the business applications we install or manage for you. Microsoft 365 and password manager licences are billed separately on every plan.

Being upfront

What sits outside a plan

No confusing extras and no surprise invoices. A few things are always quoted separately, and we would rather say so here than in a month-end bill.

Hardware

Laptops, desktops, servers and network equipment are billed separately on every plan.

Software and licences

Microsoft 365 licences, specialised software and add-on subscriptions are billed separately.

Moves, adds and changes

Adding users, swapping devices or reconfiguring setups: billed separately on Flex and Standard, included up to four a year on Premium.

Project work and add-ons

Migrations, new office setups and major infrastructure changes are scoped on their own. So are optional extras like hosted firewalls and security awareness training.

Not sure which level fits?

Twenty minutes on a call is usually enough for us to tell you what you actually need, and what you don't. We will look at your Microsoft licensing at the same time, since the two go together.
